Minnieritaville is a pretty pinky beauty in the heart of Margaritaville Resort that the entire family of all ages will enjoy and your pets are welcome too (pet fee and breed restrictions apply). Coastal style villa with an iconic Minnie-themed room, a private pool and jacuzzi. Sleeps comfortably up to 12 people. We have two bedrooms downstairs for people struggling with stairs and we have en-suite full bathrooms in every bedroom! Perfectly located less than 2 miles away from all restaurants, shops and the waterpark, and is close-by to Disney, SeaWorld, and Universal. You will have a free 2-way Uber Express ride to Disney or Universal parks with every night of your stay (only trip fare covered; tips, etc not included)

A small village of themed coastal cottages inside the Margaritaville Resort Orlando is less than 5 miles from Disney's Animal Kingdom. Safe gated community, tons of restaurants and shops in a walking distance, huge waterpark just one mile away and it's 5 o'clock all day in our neighborhood. We have a dog park "Barkaritaville" in a walking distance for your dogs to enjoy.

Guest Access

You'll have access to the entire luxury 2-story villa with a private pool and spa, high ceiling, and an en-suite bathroom in each of the 5 bedrooms, including the Minnie-themed bedroom that your kids will love. Pets are not allowed in the pool area. Please pick up when walking your pet. You will get access to the Margaritaville Resort restaurants and amenities as well, excluding their community pool, shared shuttle service and gym. But you will have a private heated pool and a private Uber to parks instead. All that with no resort fee or extra pool heating fee that other rentals often charge!

Exceeded expectations. Home’s cleanliness was top-tier. Amazing stay would certainly return to this property or another option the host has to offer. In addition, Irene was very easy to communicate with. She answered questions prior to booking and made the stay as seamless as possible. Highly recommend.

We can’t say enough positive things about our stay! The house was exactly as pictured. Stocked kitchen, bathrooms for EVERY bedroom a plus! The pool was clean and very inviting! Beach towels were even supplied! This location is a very easy drive to all the parks and even though we didn’t go, there is a waterpark right near the resort. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurants within minutes! Don’t give it a second thought if you’re looking to stay, make the reservation! Our small dog was even very comfortable staying here! Thanks for a great stay!

Irene is a terrific host and her home in Margaritaville is beautiful! We had 6 adults for my daughter's 25th birthday fit very comfortably with the 5br/5ba house it was truly a life saver! The pool and hot tub was a big hit and the beds were very clean and comfortable after spending a few hot days at Universal and Disney... Irene is always available and responds quickly to an inquiry I made, even if it was a question about where to put the garbage when we leave.. She is a lovely and reasonable person whose home is magnificent. We will definitely stay here again....

After a last minute cancelled stay at another place, we found Irene’s. It was absolutely perfect for our girls’ trip. Directions and communication were super clear, the house was helpfully labeled, and it was very clean! The area has plenty to do and is in proximity to stores and restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the private en-suite bathrooms were perfect.

Plenty of parking next to Minnieritaville. Short 1 min drive to Margaritaville Resort amenities. Free EV charger next to Margaritaville Resort. H2O waterpark, cinema theater with dining, and at least 10 restaurants in walking distance from Margaritaville with many live music spots, bike rentals, slingshot rentals, fireworks that happen quite often, tons of shops, and Target which is only 1.5 miles away.
