Good to know
This is the closest duplex to the beach in Summerlake neighborhood. Less than 4 min walk to private beach access. This is also the only townhouse in the neighborhood with 3rd "bonus" bedroom. I just renovated my townhome and will be happy to host up to 6 adults (couple more kids is not a problem) and location is pet friendly!
Other Details to Note
3rd "bonus" bedroom is a converted sun-room. It does not have a door and has only limited privacy by using curtains. This is necessary for the airflow and comfortable temperature.
