Good to know

This is the closest duplex to the beach in Summerlake neighborhood. Less than 4 min walk to private beach access. This is also the only townhouse in the neighborhood with 3rd "bonus" bedroom. I just renovated my townhome and will be happy to host up to 6 adults (couple more kids is not a problem) and location is pet friendly!

Other Details to Note

3rd "bonus" bedroom is a converted sun-room. It does not have a door and has only limited privacy by using curtains. This is necessary for the airflow and comfortable temperature.

LOVED THIS PLACE! 4 min walk to the beach. We drove down with an electrical car and was able to charge (120v) right outside of the front door. Took the dog to the beach without a problem and hosed her down with a water hose right outside the front door. Grocery store is a 3 min walk. All the beds are extremely comfortable! All the amenities are superb. Absolutely loved this place and will return here.

We absolutely loved our stay at Summer Lakes. The space was perfect for our family of five with extra room. The kitchen was stocked well and made cooking meals easy. The beach gear was adequate for days at the beach. The walk to the beach was easy. The superior recommendations for the beach rentals and the dolphin cruise made it even more enjoyable. When we were home we were comfortable and has all we needed. We loved Destin and this condo. We would absolutely return. Thanks Irene for being a communicative host and very helpful.

Our stay at this property in Destin was simply perfect. The house was in excellent condition, everything was spotless and very well maintained. It felt cozy and comfortable, with all the details needed to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The location was another highlight — with easy and quick access to the beach, which made the experience even more special. You can truly tell the hosts put a lot of care into keeping the place in top shape and making sure guests have a great stay. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Destin!

I highly recommend Irene’s place! The house had everything we needed and was spotless. The beach was super close and the neighborhood was walkable and safe. Irene was a very responsive host. 10/10 would stay again!

Irene was an AMAZING host ! She was very understanding and very kind. Her place was top notch, very clean, and the pool was amazing. The beach was only a 4 minute walk. There were many stores near by and restaurants. Everything about this place was lovely. The neighbors were very friendly as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
